The addition features a large, new mudroom on the main floor and an expansive family room with attached bathroom on the second floor. A set of custom steel mono-stringer stairs with reclaimed timber treads connects the two floors of the addition.
This mountainside townhouse now features a fully updated kitchen with granite counters and raised bar. Natural stone veneer wraps the fireplace creating a cozy living room adjoining the kitchen.

The rough sawn pine ceilings and oak timber bar are beautifully accented with illuminated glass shelving and a polished oak slab bar top. A guest suite with rustic vanity and custom wood plank tile shower is attached to the basement family room.
